- Project Operation (Agency): End-to-end operation, marketing, and monetization services for third-party mobile applications and games.
- Custom R&D (Outsourcing): Professional technical research and development services, building high-quality mobile products.
- Self-Developed Projects: Our own portfolio of products featuring in-app subscriptions, virtual goods, and advertising.
3. Monetization & Payments
All financial transactions (IAP, Subscriptions) are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We adhere to all platform-specific merchant policies.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos displayed are the property of Beijing Provence Technology Co., Ltd. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
5. Legal Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- Jurisdiction: Legal proceedings will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Changping District, Beijing, China.
- Arbitration: Disputes may be submitted to CIETAC for arbitration in Beijing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Beijing Provence Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
